Blade vs Non-Blade and NXT3 vs 3.2

Hello all


Can some explaine the difference between a Blade machine vs say a BB2 or 3?  Also what is the difference between a 3.0 and 3.2 CPU?

A Blade is basically what we call a bb3, it is just the newer cabinet with a lot of leds built into it driven by the emotive controller.  Basically if you have a bb2e and plug in a cpunxt3.x mpu, you can run blade games.  If you have a bb2 and install an emotive controller (or do the backplane mod), and install a cpunxt3.x mpu you have essentially the same as a bb2e without the leds.

I don't really know the difference between a 3.0 and and 3.2, someone once told me they updated the cpu on it for a slightly faster one.  There's also a 3.5 which basically has a newer video card.

.....and just to add to the confusion there is also a NXT 3.2X and a 3.5X CPU too, these use a different backplane though
