board replacement and chip questions

ok so i have a igt s plus slam dunk machine the battery blow up and rotted the board.i have some other s plus boards.what chips would i have to swap out the game chip and reel chip.also is there a list of what game and reels chips are for by the numbers on them.thanks in advance

A list of known GAME ("SP") chips can be found in a sticky FAQ thread in this section -- here is a link for your convenience: http://newlifegames.com/nlg/index.php?topic=303.0

Most REEL ("SS") chips are listed, by game title, in the IGT bible, here: http://newlifegames.net/igtbible/ (click on the links at the top of that page to choose between number of coins for the game)

If you have a REEL ("SS") chip and you know its number but don't know what game it belongs to, a Google search similar to the following will usually help you find the answer:

(Example: you have a chip labeled as SS4088)

Yes, you are pointing to the main power connector on the backplane board.
