My Wild Cherry won't stop spinning

Hi,


       Plug her in and all three reels spin automatically , and don't stop. Newbie , (pinhead), but very handy. Any and all help greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Open the door and turn the reset key

I feel I need to update the information I provided. I recently purchased my holy grail slot machine Wild Cherry. I plug her in and she goes through the boot up sequence. The reels start to spin and the read-out says "Closure M coin in jam Call Attendant." The reels do not stop spinning until I turn her back off. Any and all help appreciated. Thanks.

Sounds like a S2000 machine not an S+.  Does the machine have a hopper or is it coinless?

Pull out the coin acceptor and see if any coins are blocking the coin in optics.

Has a hopper. I am pretty sure I do not know how to "pull out the coin acceptor" Maybe there is someone close to the Delaware/Philadelphia area you may know who services slots?
