IGT DOUBLE DIAMOND DELUXE SLOT enhanced sound

New to owning slot....recently purchased an S2000 Double Diamond Deluxe Slot Machine.  Machine came with multimedia lite board with 042 simm.Had enhanced sound from start with nudge feature making a melody sound everytime it nudged up or down.  Experimenting with the machine, I took out the multimedia board to see how the machine sounded.  I then put the multimedia board back in and lost the nudge melody sound.  Have tried re-installing multimedia board a number of times.....still no melody sound from the nudge feature. 
Would appreciate any input on what may have gone wrong; losing the sound.  Can't remember if I adjusted any items in the sound menu.  Does the machine have to be reset when multimedia board is taken out and then re-installed?Appreciate any and all input .....thanks in advance for your help !!!!Steve

Go into the sound options menu & reset everything to enhanced. Might want to change the reel stop sound to speaker as well.

Went back into menu and reconfirmed enhance preferred setting.....got my "nudge melody" back !!!Thanks RB !!!
I also have a Double Diamond 3x4x5x with 5 pay lines.  Appears there is no simm sound card associated with this specific machine.  No "multimedia" selection appears in the menu....can you or anyone else confirm that this is the case with this machine?  By the way, I do like the legacy sound as it has now !Thanks....Steve

Yeah, not all games support enhanced sounds.  If the menu option is not availble, then it does not.
