Bally s6000 Cash Wheel, help identify correct game eproms...

So I'm working on a Bally Wheel cabinet. The guy I got it from gave up on it, I'm getting close...

My last issue I think is I have the wrong game eproms? Everything seems to play but the payouts are all wrong. Three 7's pay nothing, one 7 pays 2 credits, two 7's and a blank spins the top wheel...

This cabinet is a spin, double pay, 3 spin and 2 spin 'Cash Wheel' s6000...

The SMI on the reels is 2645.
The reels are marked:
#1  5543
#2  5544
#3  5545

My current 'wrong' game eproms are marked E870311X-05  2252

I did find the Bally SMI list on NLG but there isn't much info for the SMI #s in the 2000 range...

Let me ask a dumb question, am I making this harder or easier than I should?  Should the SMI of the game eproms match the SMI marked on the reel assemblies, assuming that the reels are marked correctly?  My reels are marked with a SMI of 2645.  The list of Bally SMIs is suppose to be short/incomplete when it comes to 'wheel' games from my reading in the archives so 2645 is not listed.  As a mater of fact none of the 'wheel' SMIs I have are on that list.  Would I need someone with SMI 2645 in their archives???

Don't know the smi as my 3 reels are all different, but my chips are E907711X - 05

According to a document I have those are for Monte Carlo Spin and Win.  It shows SMI 2645 is for Cash Wheel Fabulous 7's and SMI 2641-2645 should work. 

Lindam yours crosses to SMI 2640 Cash Wheel Rich & Famous on my list.

I know this isn't the classified section but does anyone have a source for anything SMI between 2641-2645?
