Is this a 3802 board

Can anyone tell me if this is a 3802 board?  If so what chips would I need to do any changes to the games?

Yes it is.  You'd need to change all the chips with the p-touch labels on them.  You may be able to keep the sound board chips depending on what software you switch to. 

You have Game King 4.0 on there now.  The 3802 board only accepts EPROMs and that severely limits what games you can run on it.

Thanks Tilt.  Is there a document somewhere that shows what games/options are available for this board?
If I stayed with the current set that is on there what key chip do I need to be able to make changes in the setup menu area?
sixcardmark, are you selling the 5.3 set?

I am pretty sure that all gameking 5.x variations use simms. (It is part of the igame+ generation, simms + Eproms for all sets).

EDIT: I found the set: base M0000777, C0000675's, G0001244's, and SWC00046's 

9 eproms total. 59 games, very simular as 5.3

I don't have a list, but Game King 4.0 which you have, and Game King 4.3 (M777 set sixcardmark has) were the newest EPROM only software sets made.  Game King 5 series use a mix of EPROMs and SIMM cards.  Game King 6 series is on a flash card and needs the 044 MPU board.

The main difference between 4.0 and 4.3 is 4.0 has less poker games, but more slot and keno games.  4.3 has more poker, a couple of keno and slots, and blackjack.

Your chipset is multi-denomination and you can enable 12 different games per denomination.  You need Key 17 to make game changes.  That games you have available are:

Jacks or Better
Joker Poker
Aces Bonus Poker
Bonus Poker Deluxe
Double Double BOnus Poker

Thank you guys for such detailed and easy to understand responses.  I will contact RB for the key17 chip.I learn more everyday on this site.I even stopped in the store in Bullhead city last Tuesday to say hello. I drive through there every 4 weeks for work.
Anyway, here is another question.  Are the 2 wires in the attached picture supposed to be connected to something?  It is a key hole on the outside but someone has cut the wires.  Not sure what it is even for.

Some of the real old game software used that keyswitch to set "privileged options".  It's functions were later replaced with Keychips.  You should see a black 2 pin connector with nothing on it, that's where it used to plug into.  You don't need it for your game software.

I ordered the key chip yesterday and just thought about this.  Will I need a clear chip also?  I haven't taken the time yet to search for the answer yet. *GRIN*

You shouldn't.  If you think you need to clear the machine just pop the battery out. If for some reason you want to clear the EEPROM too then you would need Key 22 or 40 that has an option to clear it, but that's not normally needed.
