What is the latest version that can be run on a 3902 .....and also what version started including bj in the game list ??

The 5.x series is the latest on 3902.  I believe 5.0 is the multi-game that has blackjack.  I think 4.x versions also included blackjack.

One thing I noticed with this is the resolution is pretty horrible ..... it’s not the mon or the tube .... the osd for the mon is nice n clear ...... this chassis was bad I had a new tatung here from a megatouch I put in ...... wired rgb and rgb grounds as well as h-v and sync ground .... left the rest alone ..... the credit display has like a halo..... i Duno if it’s a sync issue or the board or software

I have some GK chips here I don’t know what versions they are .... what’s all needed to update this The 4 plus the main or do I need to change the cards too ??

That's Game King 5.0.  It doesn't have Blackjack.  What it the Base chip number (M000XXXX)?

I can’t see the casino tape on there is hiding it ..... I had a few of these from the same casino I tried getting the other ones off but it destroyed the sticker under the tape
Any way to see in the menu section ?
This only has 12 games activated ..... there’s more than that on this version yes ??

Yes, there are probably more games available, but you can only select 12 per denomination.   You can get your software program version information through the menus.

Press the MPU self test button ->Accounting -> More-> Program Version Accounting.  The screen will populate with your software version information in 30 seconds or so.  The configuration prom is your base chip and will be a M000XXXX number.

Also I made a mistake, you have Game King 5.0, and it doesn't have Blackjack.  Sorry about that.

To go to a higher version with bj .... what’s all needed ? Base and game roms ?? Or those and Simms too ?

You'd have to change the entire set.  5.3 drops most of the slots and keno in 5.0 but adds a bunch of poker games as well as blackjack.
