IGT Newb.need help identifying my 2nd IGT machine and hard tilt errors

can anybody tell me exactly what this is? and how do I clear the hard tilt errors? it was working fine for a day or two.
i am still very new to the AVP slots (1st machine is an S+ quarter/tokens) I work in the electronics industry, I am a PCB designer @ Pana#%nic Av&^nics, so i know some stuff, with that said, I tend to try to fix things myself.


Do I need a AVP LICENSE DONGLE/USB key EKEY? (found on ebay $160-$215)
and what can I do with a dongle? explain dongle types, please.


where can I get a manual for this darn thing? (see attached pics)


ANY help would be greatly appreciated...or point me in the right direction..
