Back to the Future Setup on SMLD

I am installing Back to the Future on an SMLD.  My Setup > Main Menu does not have the "Game Controlled Main Menu" option listed??  After reading about this I guess I need FI014-MM-THM001-01, or its replacement added to the EGM to make this show up.  Can anybody tell me what needs to be done.  I do not have the FI014-MM-THM001-01, or its replacement file.  Thanks

I think that file is apart of the two zip files that make up the game. I did not have that option under main menu until I installed the games on my machine.
