IGT S+ Reel Errors 41,42,43

So I have a machine that is currently switching back and forth from 41,42,43 with the opening and closing of the door. Every once in awhile after a door open/close reset the reels will spin, you can add coins, then push the button and the Reels will stutter then throw a reel error code. I have ruled out the actual reels/harnesses being bad (I think). I switched the Mainboard from another machine and it worked fine, although it did have different game chips that don't match the Reels. I also bought a new Reel Eprom and changed it, it wasn't that. The Reel Resistors on the Mainboard do not look bad/burnt and tested in 460s for Ohms. Any ideas of what could be the issue with the board? Or if there may be another issue?

What changed to cause this condition? What processing board do you have ? Their is a 10 mg board and a 16 mg board. The wrong game chip in the 16 mg board will cause that problem

It is a 10mhz board with SP731 Game Chip, SS7848 Reel Chip. I bought the machine not working. It had a few other issues such as burnt bulbs and needed new door optics that have been replaced.

Make sure that the reels are not rubbing against the front door displays and any other attachments.  You will get reel tilts when the reels feel obstructed.

I have, there are no obstructions or rubbing. I swapped a board from another machine into this one, it all worked, and the reels spun properly. So I'm trying to figure out why this one will not, was hoping not to have to buy a new Mainboard without finding out what is causing the issue.

Ohm-ing out resistors without isolating them is NOT they way to check resistance of a component.
You must un-solder at least one leg from the circuit board and only then you can check the resistance with a multimeter.
Remove the circuit board from the tray.
Hold up the circuit board against a strong light coming from behind the board.
I want to see what has heated up on that circuit board.
Have someone take a high resolution photo of the MPU board.

Reduce the photo size to 2000kb using paint.net and post back here.
I will be able to tell you what you need to change on the MPU to get it working correctly again just from looking at the photo.
Using a cellphone camera MAY not cut it...use a good camera with the highest resolution you can set it at.
