IGT G23 AVP polygon topper mode question

Hi
I did a modification on my topper and I have
the mode and color switches tied into the
circuit board switches so I can change
the modes and or colors without having
to remove the topper cover .


I can change the mode and it will stay on that
pattern until it i play a game with that has
the attract feature enabled and changes mode / color
within the bonus. That works great .


After I exit the game it should return to the
saved mode . But it always goes back to
the default settings and plays all modes and
all colors.


Any suggestions. Maybe a menu setting that’s
not enabled?

If you do not want the machine/game to control the topper simply unplug the USB cable that runs from the topper to the backplane on the machine.

I personally like the machine controlling the colors etc, especially on a multigame machine where each game is a different color and pattern.
