How do I go into program menu?

i recently opened a Gameroom with about 70 machines in it.  I would like to learn more about how to work on them and get whatever tools I need for them.  My first priority is getting into the programming menu to look at hold percentages and such. Most of my games are WMS BB2 MultiChest. Bally v32. And many other WMS machines that run games such as Life of Luxury 2, Moo Lab, Lord of the Rings etc.

To open the Menue of a video machine you have to switch the jackpot key - but in this Menue
You only can make some settings like volume up and Down or you can see the statistics of the machine.


To change percentages or main game settings you have to make a clear ram.

Thanks for the response! I am familiar with the menu option because this is how we do our meter reads. I found a WMS ram clear on eBay. When I search for a ram clear on the Bally’s v32 I’m not getting any hits. What do I need for the reset on there?

You also need a Card to do the ram clear - I am very sure that you ll find here someone who offers a card
Unfortunately I live in Germany and have only one card for my own use cause I have a wms bb2 as well as a bally v32 Alpha - good Luck
