BB Player Tracking Connector in Top Box

Can someone shed some light on this for me?   The BB1 has a connector in the top box for player tracking connections.
this cable is not really connected to anything on the other end.

Is this connection for physical connections and sensor status(es)?  For example, I notice the Mastercom has a DB25 connector that looks like it might be for monitoring these things... while also connecting to the serial port on the backplane?

Assuming this is what it is for, there must be a pre-made cable to go from the topbox PT connector to a mastercom?
