S2000 with S plus game. Did some searching, still not clear to me.

Hello gentlemen,  I'm new to the slot machine world and I've a couple questions that I hope someone can help me with. 

I have an IGT S2000 with an S plus game installed.  Triple Jackpot 4 from what I've searched.  In that game, I have an 85% payout SS chip.  I have a 95% payout SS chip coming in the mail.  Is there anything else to worry about besides swapping that one chip?
Second question.  I have the opportunity to buy a nine line Triple Diamond game kit with the entire MPU, and all the glass.  It also appears to be an S plus game in an S2000 chassis.  My question for that game, do I use the s plus method to change the denomination, or the s2000 method?
