Will the Jamma wiring harness work on a Pot Of Gold and other boards?

Newbie here to boards and cabinets, I love this forum however lots of good people with lots of info. I have several boards that I would like to test, some are Jacks, some are T340 pot of gold board.
I have approx 30 boards total and would like to use a jamma wiring harness if possible. So my question is do i need a jamma wiring harness for all other pcb boards that are not pot of gold and a separate
pot of gold wiring harness? Thank you in advance and hope I asked the question properly if not please let me know. Thank you all.
