How is this software used?

There is a seller on ebay, hungbig.  From time to time he has some interesting looking CF cards up for sale.  Does anyone know what these are and how they are supposed to be used?

Example, WMS THE GAME OF LIFE-BIG EVENT SERVER
OS Family 13.37  sure sounds like a BB2 OS to me.

?

Other one's he has has/had in the past -
Journey to Oz Server  OS family H13.21
WMS REI Community Immersion Supercast  looks like  BB3 game?  OS family H19.080
WMS REI Compete to Win Server .. dont recall the os family

a WMS Network dongle?

They are the cf cards that are used to run the progressive equipment.  WMS uses dedicated systems to run their Multi progressive (LAPS and WAPS) banks.  They are worthless for the home user because you need all the dedicated hardware for the system to boot up and run, and gettting the dedicated hardware has proven to be a challenge to obtain.
