Treasure Tens draw poker No Signal In

just acquired non working 5 card draw poker cherry master cabinet with CRT touch screen and a hard drive.....new to the hard drive stuff and need guidance.....screen displays No Signal In......the large PCB in back does light up and dead coin battery replaced.....small parallel PCB in front does NOT light up but the bill acceptor is driven by it via jamma harness and it powers up, accepts bills aok......the hard drive has a disc drive under it, but does NOT light up.....I have tried alternate working ATX power supply with same results......where should I go, wat should I be testing/ checking?

this unit is floppy disc driven........Where would I get a Treasure Tens floppy disc ???
