Alpha reel control lock key (Help)

Hello this is my first post, just joined yesterday, I have an Alpha Power Progressive Wild Double Rose S9-1 that's giving me the mechanical reels disconnected, mechanical reels not configured, I checked wire harness to backplane unplug/plug reels seated good,
checked usb cable,  machine worked good until I tried to zero credits then it started, reels constantly spinning, call attendant,
i'm looking at reel control board,    problem is I have no Lock Key to open it, is there any way to get a Key? thanks for any help

Yes it's a common key#52593. The same locks are used on the CPU. You might be able to overcome the error by going into diagnostics & calibrating the reels. If that doesn't work, try clearing it & set it back up. Hopefully your RCU is not bad. Either way you need a key. I can send you 2 keys for $5 plus shipping. PM me if interested.

Thank you for the reply, I tried going into diagnostics I click on game diagnostics,  screen comes up, but it wont let me do the reels , the calibrate button on screen will not respond, the screen is calibrated.  you mentioned clear machine not sure how to do that I have been reading posts, don't you need a alpha clear card? to clear the machine and start over if so where would you get a clear card?  thanks
