S+ No Spinning Reel Sound

I have a 1993 IGT S+ Hot Peppers Machine. Sound is working for coin insert, and reel stop. There is no sound while the reels are spinning. Checked the dip switch on the MB at Position 3 and was off. Turned it on and still no reel spinning sound. Any ideas. Thanks for any info.

Push the self test button down and you will see a 2-0 use the spin reel and make it 2-1 close the door and when it come back up it should work

ok tried that got a 2 in the winners payed window and a 0 in credits, when I push the spin reels button the 0 doesn't change. Doesn't do anything.

Make sure there are NO credits on machine when you try to change it to 2_1
