Change candle stays lit / accounting meters question

Getting my feet wet with this 044 upgrade..


2 questions for the pros:


My machine is set up to receive quarters, yet I have it set up to play lower denominations. 25c is set as the default, as well as the hopper.


After setting it up, the change candle will remain flashing, button on or off. Is there a setting for this?


Also, my meters on the door are counting every penny. I tried setting the accounting denom to 25c, but then I can’t play anything lower. Is there a way to disable the outside meters or set them to only count 25c?

Yes that is an issue with 1c or 5c accounting denom. Put $100 in the BV & the meters run for 5 minutes. You can bypass the hard meters with the connector pictured or make your own jumper from 9 to 10 pins. The candle flash is probably because something isn't set right like enabling the printer but not setting validation for example.

Yeah the validation is correct, unless the default at 25 is triggering it. But I’ll double check the settings.
