With the machine "ON" and the reels spinning slow. Open the door, turn the key, The reels will stop. "DO NOT TURN OFF" close the door and latch all the way. If your optics are working it should come to life.

I must commend you on your patience to hold a camera steady for over a minute and a half!  :rotfl:
Here's a still photo of your MPU that members can zoom in on to see if anything's wrong.
I took a "still" shot from your video.
A high resolution photo sized less than 1000kb would have more pixels to see more clearly when zooming in than with a video clip though.

Agreed.  Techworm: You will need to edit the video's settings on YouTube to either "Unlisted" or "Public" in order for us to see the video.

Check your door optics. Maybe broken wire or misaligned. Doesn't act like it sees the door closed.
