3902 board mod in vegas?

is there anyone in the vegas area that can do the 3902 mod (listed at http://newlifegames.com/nlg/index.php?topic=251.0 ) or know someone that can?

ended up buying the eeproms from mouser.  at first tried hot air and low temp solder paste,  didn't go so well(fried 2 boards).   
decided to just use a standard iron(temp controlled unit) there is almost enough solder already on the pads(enough to stick down the eeprom) then added just a little extra and wicked the excess.


its really not that hard to do if your hands are semi sturdy and are careful(can tear off pads really easy).




now have 7 3902's that we can swap whenever we feel like playing a different game.

it's not that hard to do.  the most expensive part was the shipping from mouser. 


if your going to try doing this, i had better luck doing standard soldering, hot air not so much.
your mileage might vary
