Printer 2 Not Responding

I have an IGT S2000, 10 Times Pay, with enhanced board.  I am trying to set up the machine with a BV, coin and hopper operation using partial pay out and TITO 
I have enabled the printer and set all of the limits in the 7.1 and 7.2 menus, as well as the operator menus.  When I go to menu 4 and Auto-configure Netplex, it says "Printer 2 Not Responding".  I have tried 2 Futurelogic PSA66, netplex printers, with the same results.
Does anyone have the program settings for a similar set-up, or can anyone give me some suggestions of why my printer will not respond?
