Capturing this one from our banner page for future posterity.

In Canada our Thanksgiving corresponds to US Columbus day.
There are several advantages to this.
1. First off we are thankful that he didn't land here.
2. We can eat Turkey in both October and December and not get sick of it.
3. Happy holidays everyone !!!

What’s on peoples Black Friday shopping list this year….

They advertise BF deals here in Canada but our actual TG was back then n October.
There is no store closures and 5.00am Friday line ups.

When I lived in PA back in 2000 Walmart put DVD players on sale for $35 they were lined up around the block. Now your monthly streaming bill is that much. I used to buy DVDs at the Giant Eagle video store called the Eagles Nest from the $5 bin. They would bring in 30 of the latest hit, the sell off 20+ after the second or third week.
