Lamp controller board IGT S2000 needed

I'm looking for a lamp controller board that is in good condition never used for a IGT S2000 machine 3 real   
3 credit double diamond

Have you made sure you are actually getting bad boards on ebay? I don't mind selling you what you need but I don't want my board to be 'bad' also, cause it is fully functional and tested.

Because I'm beating myself up for two years trying to get this thing to work trying to figure it out that's why I went on this website and people been telling me all my bulbs are all good all my bulbs all good the real spin when I do the lamp test diagnostic the lamps don't like they just stay  dim
I was also thinking about the cabinet card would that have anything to do with the lights not brightening up
Someone told me it could be the logic circuit that controls the lights it makes them bright when you're on the winning symbol I also know that the mpu board is the brain of everything that controls
