Game King 19" Bezel

Game King 19” Kortek LCD Bezel
I final got my Game King horizontal display corrected by selecting a 044 board.  However, the vertical display is off by approximately 1/4” top and bottom.  I think it might be the bezel.  The only part numbers on the bezel are:
INT65236201 KS REV:A 05/05
INT65236409 KS REV:A 05/05
I tried researching these numbers and nothing came up.
The inside dimension diagonally of the bezel is 18 1/4”.
 The attached photos are with the door closed and open.  Is the display with the door open normal, or should it be shorter?
If it is the wrong bezel, I am in the market for the correct size.

I have not had any luck trying to get the vertical display correct on my machine.  With the door closed the bezel covers up the display by 1/4” on both the top and bottom.
The viewable area of the bezel is 11 1/8” high, and 14 3/8” wide.  Is this the correct inside bezel dimensions for a 19” Kortek, LCD monitor in a Game King?

I have the same bezel on a 19" Kortek panel and all of the screen is visible (horizontal and vertical). Check the OSD menu on the panel for vertical adjustments.

Ok it is not the bezel.  I will try adjusting the screen again.  I have not been able to make any adjustments, but I may have missed something.

Ok I got my display centered. 


FYI
I found the adjustment under the monitor menu, setup, scaling. 
Everything looks great.
