Takasago Video Poker Machine - CRT to LCD

I found this machine pretty cheap online. Figured I would make it my new project. It seems as if everything works except the CRT so I'm going to attempt to swap it out with an LCD.
I purchased a CRT to LCD converter online.


So .. wondering if there is anyone who has gone through something similar and could share some information nuggets, make sure I don't mix up the wires and blow the thing up.
Also, I have not found anything about this sort of machine anywhere; so any other info would be nice too. Doesn't seem to be a desirable machine?


At worst I could probably sell the tokens that came with it for what I purchased it for, or I strip everything out and make it a Rasberry-Pi operated machine.

Search this forum and our archive site: newlifegames.net/NLG and you might find a little information on this machine. If you get no results, input the same search using Google.
They aren't too common but swapping a CRT to LCD isn't entirely different just due to manufactures. Hopefully some of our experts will chime in on your project.

im working on one also do you have the video driver board that came with the crt? ive been tring to go to lcd but cant get it to work. so im hopeing to find a flyback for my board.
