Info on wiring harness repair Gameking 044 slant top

I have a wiring harness from my Gameking 044 slant top,from I/O card to Backplane and play buttons. I am trying to rebuild it due to a partially melted connector on the I/O card end.I trimmed the connector,taking out the melted A B C rows 1 thru 6 wires. I trimmed down a new connector with just these holes.I had made a diagram of where to replace the wires and have since misplaced it. Are there diagrams or any other information to reference the proper place of the wires available anywhere? Have tried to locate a replacement harness,but no luck.

Which I/O card is it?  The top row of buttons (if you have one) operates off a separate I/O card.  I don't have specific wiring diagrams for a slant top, but I think most of the harnesses are the same as an upright model.

The damaged connector goes to the I/O card controlling the bottom buttons and cash out,max bet,change and repeat bet.

You have your work cut out for sure.  Here's a wiring diagram for a door I/O on a 19" GK.  If the color codes match what you have you should be in business.  Good luck!

I can't thank you enough for uploading that. I was able to remove all of the wiring,rebuild the connector and find the problem causing all this.

Apparently,when I first got the machine and messed around,I put the positive wires for max and repeat bet in the wrong place on the buttons.

During the repair process,I also realized the top row of buttons and 2nd I/O card were not necessary in this setup,so got to clean things up quite nicely also.

Thoroughly enjoyed the whole process and was pretty happy to see it up and running smoothly finally.Thanks to you Tilt and other members kindly sharing the knowledge and information you have,I appreciate it greatly.

Congratulations, glad to hear you got it up and running  :applause: :applause: .  It's a lot of work to re-do one of those connectors.  I'm glad the wiring diagrams helped you get the wires back where they belong.  Have fun with your machine!
