I bought mine from Worldwide Gaming Inc. Their price is $75.00  Check their website.   Also, Worldwide Gaming is selling Dollar hoppers on ebay right now for only $40.00  I just got a really nice one.  It wouldn't take much effort and a few parts to convert it to quarters. I think you just need to change the pinwheel, shelf wheel and knife blade.
