BB2 Button Panel

I'm trying to find out if BB2 machine cabinets came with both Ribbon panels (LCD buttons) and regular buttons?


A lot of people are trying to sell me machines that have standard buttons and claiming they are BB2 cabinets.


Please let me know what you think.

BB2's as shipped from factory only had oled panels, none of them had regular push buttons.  Dealers put the regular button panels because their panels all have dead OLED screens and they are too cheap to put ones that work.  I would rather have a machine with oleds that are dark, than standard buttons.  It's not like you are not going to maxbet every spin and need to look at your bet options.  Plus you can source and replace the oled button panel at the very worst.  But all bb2 native games (other than the licensed titles that were in bb1.5 type cabinets) work with the oled panel.  Games like zeus II, and several others that have feature bets would require an SPN button panel, which is not what they sell you when they replace the oleds with standard buttons.

Another reason to keep the OLED is that it will work with games that require the extra bet button. However, only games that will work with OLED panels will benefit from that.
