Double Diamond - Newbie Help - Error code 21

Ok, progress has been made.  Ordered a new MPU and replaced it today and now I get error code 61. 


So, clearly that board went bad (or I fried it), regardless I’ve moved forward a step. 


I believe I need a clear & set chip to clear error code 61?  If so, who has those for sale?


Or is there another way to bypass the 61 error?   I think I read that it’s related to the bill validator, so I tried to remove the cash box which audibly skips the bill validator test on bootup but that didn’t do anything.

Nevermind!  Found knagl’s guide to clear the 61 code and it worked.  It’s all back together again.  I also replaced the Coin Optics Board which hopefully also resolved the sporadic 21 error code.
