Bally 5000+ Error codes after being idle and replacing MPU battery

Hi everyone, first time posting here....  I have a Bally 5000+ Balligator I purchased in the late 90's that sat unused for years that I have recently dusted off.  When first powered on the reels would spin slowly and the WIN display showed 4.5.  I cleared RAM by unseating the IO Board and power the slot on, power off and replace the board.  Finally replaced the MPU battery(button battery) and the 4.5 went away.  Now the WIN display shows "..", PAID "5003", CREDIT is blank, LAST IN "E", and COIN IN "0".  I can't find anything that might indicate what this combination or displays could indicate.  Is it a defaults issue that I will need to build a keypad to correct or something "deeper".  Thanks in advance.

Finally got things running by re-clearing RAM since the battery was replaced.....
