SAVP Triple Red Hot won't boot

Hello everyone, I've got a Triple Red hot SAVP that will not boot! I don't know much of the history on it, never saw it play. I tried the ekey7 and diagnostic and all i get is black screen with a couple lines of text with last line reading "could not find library SystemEx.so"
It has a 3.0 brainbox in it (not sure if it's even the correct hard drive in it). Could anyone help me figure out which OS and game number i need to install. I attached a picture of the brainbox that's installed in it.

There's a grey ribbon cable that connects to the PCI card that is in the MPU and the backplane, is it plugged in correctly and the cable undamaged?

When I get any AVP the first thing I do before booting them is change all batteries, reseat all cards/cables and fire up with my ekey and diag. I wipe all (as long as I have the game files) and go from there. (2 x 2450 and a 2032 battery. Battery on backplane might need to be replaced too.)

PCI cards do take sh!ts sometimes and like Rick said, the ribbon cables get mangled often from hoof-handed people messing with the CPUs. Look for damage where it snakes back by the printer.
