Ultimate 7's Pharaohs 7's progressive stand alone setup

Could any of you fine gentlemen help me with a cheat sheet for the progressive setup on ultimate 7's Pharaohs 7's. I found the forced progressive page in the avp download section but cannot seem to get it to take, the *f1 in p1 is throwing me off, i keep getting progressive tilt for paytable 1 minimum not met. Thank you

This is what I use. It may not be on par with the sheet but it works.
