Frog Prince Distorted Video

I purchased this chip combo from a vendor and it results in a distorted video on my 19 pin analog monitor.
I have 4 other games that have no problem and play perfectly.

They were all “CAI” (California Native American)  jurisdiction, however, the EPROMs had a “S” tacked on behind.
Does this cause enough of a miss match in jurisdiction to throw the video off
 
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Is your software original or a copy? I have had corrupt software before that would work for a while then lock up unexpectedly. I have a frog prince with a 17 pin monitor so I don't think that is the problem.

Frog Price has many different game sets, I have 3 or 4 different set ups
 
You have mismatched chips vs simms
 
The I984/G1570 needs C0000809 Simms and Snd DSS 236 (this is a 3 Pixel set)
 
The Simms you have need something like I576/G689 (this uses a 2 Pixel set up {C-461 & DSS73}
 
You can contact the seller who sold them and get the correct chips
 
I know these came from the bargain seller on ebay and even though they are my friends the fire sale type of selling has caused hardships to many
