OLED Firmware Mismatch

I have a BB1 that has a OLED Panel. I use a 9.27 operating system for all my games. I want to install a new game that has a H10.07  operating systen and on the set up it says OLED  Firmware mismatch. I am using a ram clear SHA1-F99C . What am I doing wrong ?  Do I need a different Clear card ? How do I reset my firmware ? And Can it be reset for the H9.27 operating system.

The firmware issue on oled panels has been discussed many times.  Here's  a thread.  For games that use H.10.xx you need to first load a game that uses a family H13.xx to upgrade the firmware as noted using the OS as noted.

I actually have gone through this and with Rick’s help was able to solve it.  The bootloader in your individual OLED buttons needs to be upgraded and you can do it the easy way or the hard way.  The easy was is to use a really new OS, Rick can tell you which one, and the OS will update the bootloader in each of the buttons automatically.  The hard way is to use The WMS OLED panel programming and configuration software running on your PC which is fun but time consuming. Once the bootloader in each of the buttons is updated then your OS can reprogram them during boot up.
