Bonanza Enterprises Super Dice

I'm looking for any information, manuals, etc for a Super Dice Mark III machine made by Bonanza Enterprises LTD of Japan in 1988. The machine fires right up but goes to error "Call Attendant 6". It has physical dice that tumble in the main window and a CRT in the top box. It's a 25 cent machine with an Asahi Seiko hopper.
