IGT S+ Triple Diamond Hopper issue

I just purchased a IGT S  Triple Diamond that won't pay out and is gets a 3300 error.   

1. I tried a different working Mainboard
2. I tried a different working hopper

I'm assuming I have a connector or wiring issue between the Mainboard and the Hopper connections,  Where could I find a troubleshooting guide or a schematic for the Hopper wiring?

Pull the hopper out and on the bottom of the  cabinet is the hopper mating electrical connector , on the backside of it , the wire terminals could be loose or oxidized.

if you can clear the 3300 error,  press the white test button until you see a #3 in the coins played window, this is the hopper test, press the spin button, it should turn on the hopper and count out ten coins.  what is or not happening? does the hopper turn on at all?  check the wiring on the side of the hopper plug mount, usually a black or red solid state relay, this takes a logic signal from the board and turns on the relay to apply 110 volts ac to the hopper motor.

did you check and see if the plug coming from the hopper connector mount is actually plugged into the harness?
