BB1 Pegasus Operating System ?

Does anyone know the correct operating for Pegasus, or what ones will work?  Also does this game need to work with the 2000 bios?

Pegasus is one of the oldest titles.  It should work with SSOS 1221

so call attendant why?  Open door and hit diagnostic button to see why the call attendant message.

Hitting the button does nothing, turning the key does nothing. I think the game cf may be bad. In this pic where it says checking device it shows 1221 oper syst, then under that , checking device shouldn't it say Pegasus, I never saw anything like whats there, I thied this in 2 different machines, same thing

The game card is bad.  You see two lines that says checking device...  This is where it is validating the game and OS.  The OS shows up "SSOS-000-1221", but the game card is showing up as garbage, while it should read something like "S537-000-1010"
