SIGMA PT-2B VIDEO POKER PARTS NEEDED/MONITOR PROBLEM

I"m new to this site so i hope I'm blogging in the right spot, lol... Anyhow I"m in need of a button kit. Also I have a very light monitor I've tried all the dials underneath the monitor but none of them seem to be a brightness control. I am new to this so if there something else I can try before totally replacing the monitor I'm all open ears   I have noticed the monitor face has the video poker image burned into it too. Not sure if that has anything to do with it. By any chance is there a spot where I can find the manufacturer date? I've looked everywhere on it.

Hello and welcome to NLG.
The brightness is likely in the back of the CRT. Power off, pull (CAREFULLY) out the CRT. You should see the brightness control on the back. BE CAREFUL what you touch. Even with power off, detached from the slot, you can still get a nice shock from the tube. Just don't handle mess with the big wire that goes in the top of the tube. Mark the position on the control with white out, or tape. Then move it about a quarter of half inch one way. Re-install and see if it's brighter or dimmer. If dimmer, then reverse your procedure.

That's the neck board. You want to look at the base of the chassis.

your talking about the adjustments at the bottom of the monitor right

Other side should have brightness control if it's not on the front.
