WMS BB2 Bill Acceptor won't take 100s

Hello Folks


So until i get my TITO put in im stuck with having to use real cash to add credits.  My bill collector seems like it should accept 100s but it won't. 


The model i have is the SC6607 RS232


I tried feeding the slip that you fill in the bubbles and it confirmed that the changes on what bills to accept were accepted.  Since the machine is quite old
is it possible that the newer 100 bills aren't being accepted on the old bill acceptors?

If the machine is as old as you say it is, it may not have the firmware to allow it to accept the new $100.

Yeah its a 2012 machine but i would have thought that it was updated to accept 100 bills soon after..  i just bought this machine ..

i read on updating firmware and sounds too complex..  will just wait for TITO
