Coin Comparitor CC-16 LED out

I am new, so this is my first question. Bought a non working IGT S+ Sizzling 7's, it came up with a 12, so I have a battery on order. Meanwhile I am checking other issues, like the LED is not lit on the 24v CC-16 coin comparitor. The 6 pin connector had broken solder connections which I repaired and replaced a burnt but not bad 100 ohm resistor. Voltage at pin 6 and 4 is 26 volts unplugged at the connector, but dead when plugged into the board. (PEM-46 Rev B).  Looking for a schematic for this board, tried NLG File system, but not allowed access. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for the schematic, I am seeing the state of the LED with the door closed by placing my phone inside on video mode.
