WMS BB2 slant top screen has no power

Ok really reaching out for some guidance. I have. WMS BB2 slant top. When I power it on the top and bottom monitor do not come on and there is no power to them. I have relaxed every cord and check all connections , replaced the batteries, checked fuses and still no luck. Any one here have any experience ?

There are some leds on the top right of the backplane (where everything plugs in).  The leds have labels depicting different voltages.  Make sure all voltages are lit green.  If they are, then try connecting the monitors to a laptop to see if they display an image.  If they do, and all your power lights are good, you most likely have a bad video card on your mpu, or your mpu is bad.

So today I left the machine all on day. Finally the screens just started working out of no where. I had the logic door off. Did the whole set up and open the the main door to close the logic door and screens went out again? I also sealed the power supply with a know working one and that didn’t do anything. I’m thinking maybe something on the cpu is loose but don’t know here to start.

There are only 2 components on the mpu that are attached. The Adastra board (the board with the cpu and ram on it) and the video card.  You may want to pull your mpu out and remove both these pieces and put them back.  The video card is under the hard drive tray.

Took out the CPU and took out the video card and reinstalled same with the other and no luck

AT this point I would look to find another MPU.  I doubt it is the monitors.  Did you check your monitors with a laptop?
