Can't Get In BB2 Configuration Menu

Trying to get a BB2 going and machine won't enter configuration menu after pressing configuration button.


Switch is good and there is three wires going to switch - 2 black ones on the same terminal and one green on another terminal.  Looks factory.


I can enter the attendant menu by turning the key but that doesn't help with the programming.


Is there another switch somewhere I might be missing like on some BB1?

Check the door switch.  If it's stuck in the in position it won't let you into the setup menu

You can verify your main door is open because on the lower right part of the scren, you should have an open door m message.  If you don't, then your door switch is stuck (kind of common on bb2's).  The main door switch is behind an extension lever that sticks out right on top of the bill validator, you can just pull on it to open the switch.  A little WD40 usually gets it working right so it doesn't stick.  Just make sure you pull out the validor before you spray and clean the excess off.  Also do all this with the POWER OFF.
