Heya Marc,

First great work on this project, it was very easy to get TITO up and running and I'm now setting up player tracking.

Looking at your latest video here; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fuB4maNNrRs

It looks like you're using a Bally AS-205744-01 card reader. I'm trying to use this one, but I don't see it in the sketch for ArduinoPlayerTrackingV3.ino. Is this device supported or planned to be supported in the near future?

I would have PMd or emailed but couldn't find any contact info for you. Thanks for the help.

Hopefully I can point you in the right direction. Check out the previous video

https://youtu.be/qNcSUyVznD4?si=dXA4YFDkyhi00Esq

He mentions that it's just the facade of a magnetic card reader. It was very wisely converted to a rfid sensor and custom coded rfid cards. The whole system is well thought out, but especially the card that adds coins just once is a great feature. Pretty slick!

I think that is the same model as pictured on page 22 of my guide. See if the pinout matches.

Hey Marc -

Is there a way for your system to send a notification of a jackpot? The reason why I ask, is I want to change the lights in my room when someone hits a jackpot and then display on my screen JACKPOT! $1234.56 or something like that?

I once set my S+ machine to lock up at 1000 credits and hooked up a confetti cannon to the bell circuit...was a mess! lol
I later changed it to a big red ambulance light to go off instead, for a hand-pay.

Sure - did something like that a few years ago when I created a 'jackpot camera' that would take a picture of the player when a certain payout was hit. Could easily send a command over Wifi to another device to do something - or something hardwired to the arduino.

NLG has a 3 post minimum rule before PMs are allowed.  Why not just post your questions here or in the forum matching your game to get you over that requirement?

hello, I have a small gamehall where I would like to implement this solution.
I have some questiosn though.
can I avoid the use of tickets? I mean, can I add credits and withdraw with card? only use card for this?
does system have a PC app or software or cellphone apk to handle all?
can I use a cellphone as well to charge credits? via APK
can I customize or personalize the cards? I mean one for clients with their names and other one for cashier or supervisor or something like that?
is it necessary to have the lcd screen on the machine?
credit withdrawn on card ...stays in the card or goes to "cashier PC"... if credit stays on the card...can i take out that credit and move to other machine and insert it and continue playing? Card does have to be inserted to play? Do I need an extra card to "pay credits"...or client can do it and go to cashier and withdraw money?
on which machines is it compatible?

can I or do I have to have the machines on a network for this to work properly?
can I name the machines on the system?

for now this are the questions I have.
