Anyone know  the settings needed for OS336 using CHAMII+ standalone progressive setup ?  Thank You! Tim

Figured it out. This Alpha  game uses SMI 9131 chips and converter board and card.  The CHAMII+ board settings for Jackpot base amount has to be set at the correct amount for the Jackpot Category of the game. I found Letter "T"  ,which I thought was the correct base amount, 1000 X .50 denomination = $500.. I tried $500 no go, I tried $1,000 no go, entered $10,000 and it cleared the error .

In the Mikohn Controller

On the CHAMII+ board , U19 has to be V2.13 or higher. The CHAMII+ cable connects to the Bally backplane at P10 COM6
     
     MENU = ADDR
          Proto = Con2
          Gradr = 255
          Idadr = 64
          RTR = OFF
          Mach Addr = 2

    MENU = DISP
          JP Limit = NO
          # Displays = 1
          JP GRP1 = SA0
          MFile 1 =5

In the game

     Setup
          Comm Setup
               
                    Progressive Type = Mikohn  (touch Config tab)
                                                 Slot ID = 1
                                               

PSP v3.01
1. Jackpot Programming

      F4 = M-02
      F6 = JP0
      F8 = MS25
Jackpot base amount has to be set at Jackpot Category amount for the game on the machine.

Here is the cable and board that connects to the CHAMII+ PS,  dot matrix display on the award glass.  CHAMII+ controller board,   and the backplane of the Alpha.

If you get this error  - Progressive Link Down Progressive Broadcast Error , there is a bad cable connection between the backplane and the ChamII+ board.
