Universal cabinet top, trim and candle

Hi everyone. I am looking to complete the top of this universal machine. I have a couple different ideas how to complete the top depending on what I can find for parts. So I am looking for the metal trim that has the universal name on it, the candle, and maybe the actual top cabinet section. Also would be interested in the belly glass that says Stars & Stripes like the one in the photo I included. Here are photos of the machine I have with out the cabinet top and another machine that has short top with metal trim and another that has the belly glass.

I didn't remove the belly glass but the top and bottom are extremely close too the same size.

Awesome thank you for all your time. Ill get back with you soon on this. I really don't want to change the theme as I like the S&T theme a lot. Im gonna keep look for glass.
