Bettor TITO - missing menu on Vision plateform

Hello,

I have a problem installing my Bettor TITO on a Vision with SB000412 and SG000129 - Ms Little green Men 3R

I don't have access to all of the menus as shown in the PDF installation.

I tried multiple combinations but still nothing.

The printer is able to print a test ticket and the bill validator accepts bill.

However, it is impossible to read the tickets again, I think the TITO is not recognized by the machine.

I cannot choose SAS in menu 7.2.3

Menu 3.4.1.3 is different from the documentation.

The TITO works on a classic S2000.

You should probably update those SG chips to the newer ones that are compatible with your ATA or possibly update the ATA also. SG000129 don't appear to be vision chips. Are you sure that number is correct?

Hello Ron and yes it is not a chip for Vision but the references are these.

But I have the same problem with an SG000093, not all the usual menus are present.

Obviously the couple SB000248 and SG000380 could work but obviously my ATA version 1.00.53 will not be compatible according to the PSR : SG000380 requires ATA10065 (or their replacements).

You should be selecting System Mode under SAS, then Voucher Redemption Enabled, and the 3.4.1.3 all shown as Primary is correct. 

After you are certain you have ALL the settings in RED from the manual selected or enabled, study the lights on the Tito board.  If the top green lights are solid then Tito is working, if flashing then likely you do not have a menu issue but instead a mechanical issue.  This can include a shorted out comm cable, bad relay board in the power distribution box, bad Tito serial cable, damaged Tito, or shorted backplane/board.
