Just picked up two Derringer cabinets

Hi guys,


I just picked up two Derringer cabinets from someone near me, I got them both for $100 but not in working order. One of them powers on intermittently sometimes the board comes on and sometimes it doesn't, when it does come on though, the coin in jam/ tilt tone plays constantly and the monitor scrolls horizontally I believe the monitor issue to be a loss of sync wire.
I don't know why the board only powers on intermittently and would greatly appreciate any help troubleshooting that. The board is a 905.


The second one seems to have been swapped with some sort of aftermarket board, it also doesn't power on. I will attach pictures.

 The one with the "Mystery Poker" labeled eprom has leaked and caused some damage to the board.  What is the condition of the battery one the other board?

The other board battery is fine. I already reseated all the socketed chips and used a little deoxit in the edge connector
