Has anyone had a problem with GETT Get-T.net?

I hate to put this out here but after almost a month of no response I have to wonder if anyone else has had a issue with Get-t.net?  I have had multiple orders and never had an issue.  This one in particular keeps going with no response from myself and even not responding to a paypal dispute (which I didnt want to do but felt no alternative)This just doesnt seem like the norm and wondering if anyone else has experienced an issue with them recently?
Ordered items on 4/17Contacted on       4/28  No responseContacted again  5/3  No responsePaypal contacted on 5/10 still no response.

Yes...
I have contacted the sales person from my area and he makes BIG promises to get me parts and then disappears...
My guess, hobbyists are just a pain in the rear for them?

I ordered a topper from them and it came a few days ago. No problem with them here.

I think they are good guys, but I also have problems with getting replies from them. Their prices are also a little on the high side imo.
